Always say ‘yes’ to the present moment.
It is so futile to create inner resistance to what already is.
What could be more insane than to oppose life itself,
which is now and always ‘now’?
Surrender to what is.
Say ‘yes’ to life and see how life suddenly starts
working for you rather than against you
Always say yes to the present moment.
I’ve spent years and years in analysis, moving ahead spiritually and gaining insights as to how I can get the most out of my life. But, something was missing, every book I read, every seminar I’ve attended were only focused on how to be on the top of everything you do, how to be a step ahead of everyone else in whatever you do.
But, in this crazy world you lost the most satisfying feeling of being who YOU really are?
I’ve survived in spite of lots of losses through all these years…child sexual abuse, I lived my childhood without any contact with my mother, 5 miscarriages, even lost my husband to his other identity as a woman. At that time, it seemed like there was no looking back and I thought I would not survive. But I did.
But… after realizing how to hold the ordinary moments in life and make them extra-ordinary, I bounced back to live my life on my terms and I invite and inspire you all to do the same.
In my new book, I highlighted my own courageous story and I’m sure it will inspire you too to live the life of your dreams. The title of my book is “How to Climb Mount Everest in Sandals – The Courage to Live an Ordinary Life”
I dedicate this book to those who want to achieve big things in life but have not been able to recognize that they are already blessed with an extraordinary life.
In the end, it’s only a matter of being YOU, who you really are and seizing every opportunity good or bad that comes your way. Seeing these opportunities as gifts and realizing that you are one step closer to the key that may unlock your happiness and show you a far richer life that you could be leading. Namaste.
